Overview: The law firm of Miguel De Grandy, P.A., an A.V. rated firm (Martindale-Hubbell) was established in early 2001 as a small, boutique firm specializing in governmental and administrative law. The firms philosophy is to engage in significant representations for a very limited number of clients in order to have sufficient time and resources available to provide first class personal service to all clients of the firm.
Miguel De Grandy, a former member of the Florida House of Representatives, and former principal shareholder of the international law firm of Greenburg Taurig, heads the practice group.
The firm represents clients on matters related to procurement law, including administrative protests and related civil litigation. Our attorneys also represent clients on regulatory issues before local as well as state wide governmental entities in Florida. We have represented several of our clients before the State Legislature, as well as state agencies to advocate for changes in legislative and regulatory enactments. Because of it’s political expertise, the firm also provides general governmental consulting services.
Miguel De Grandy, P.A. also represents public entities on annexation and municipal incorporation issues, as well as elections, apportionment, and Federal Voting Rights Act litigation.
